The girls and I went to Maryland for a week in July to visit my family. We had a wonderful time as always-packing in as much fun as we could Here are some of the pictures of our visit.

The highlight of the week was of course loving on my sweet nephew. Is this little guy adorable or what? I love him so much I could just eat him up!

Gracie of course was fascinated with all things baby Steven. (Sometimes baby Steven wasn't as impressed with all her constant attention!)

Tess, like always, took a big girl approach, being quite the little helper.

One morning we realized that Gracie Rose and baby Steven had on the same onesie (in the same size!--they are 14 months apart!) Too cute! And as much as I hear that Gracie Rosie looks just like me, boy does baby Steven look JUST like my sister!

Pop-Pop and his grandkids.

It wouldn't be a trip to MD without a visit to our favorite face painter. Tess asked to be a "rainbow butterfly"--making that artist work hard!

Our little lady bug butterfly was hard to catch on camera.

We also enjoyed a beautiful evening cruise on my Grandfather's boat on the Chesapeake Bay. Oh, how I LOVE the Chesapeake!

We went to the Children's Museum in Baltimore and had a blast. Here is just one picture of the girls enclosing themselves inside a giant bubble!

Swimming, spending time with thier Zia, Uncle Tom and baby cousin, visits from a Great Aunt, and even a Great-Great Aunt, lots of attention, treats, and playtime with Maw-Maw and Pop-Pop, a picnic, a train ride, a cruise on the Bay with their Great Grandpa, a museum visit, and so much more all created some wonderful memories for the girls to treasure of this summer's trip to Maryland.
